  • I don’t want to “walk on eggshells” around IT because I need them and don’t want to cause problems. We actually hear this a lot. Because IT didn’t have experience in fixing that problem it stuck around forever to the point of dealing with it was easier than the frustration of continuing to ask. It is true, we don’t treat all problems the same just as a doctor doesn’t treat a sprain with the same importance as a heart attack. Just because the heart attack is a priority that gets treated first, doesn’t mean the sprain should be ignored. The same for IT. We do prioritize tickets, but we track and report on everything.
